What is the FSM17 adapter?

Assembly method

1. Install the expansion sleeve in the head tube
2. Unscrew the expansion sleeve until it locks
3. Screw the ball into the expansion sleeve
4. Tighten the ball with the included wrench

The assembly of individual sleeve elements is shown in the diagram below.
