To start working with us, you need to register your company in our online wholesale platform. The registration process is simple and takes about 2 minutes. Registering does not commit you to anything. We do not sell data or send spam.

After registration, one of our representatives will contact you, present our offer, and answer any questions you may have.

Following the conversation, you will be assigned a dedicated sales representative and receive individual pricing for our products.

Once your individual prices are set, you can start placing orders. Your sales representative will always be happy to assist and answer any questions.

We ship orders from Monday to Friday. All products available for ordering are physically in stock at our warehouse.

All orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day via DPD courier. 99.9% of shipments reach our customers the next working day. The delivery cost within Poland is 19 PLN (VAT included) for prepayment and 25 PLN (VAT included) for cash on delivery. Orders above specified amounts are shipped at our expense, regardless of the payment method. The store will automatically notify you when the free shipping threshold is reached. In Warsaw and within a 150 km radius (in selected areas), our sales representatives can deliver orders over 100 PLN net free of charge. Other delivery conditions are agreed individually with each customer by the sales representative. We always prioritize high product quality, which is why complaints are rare.

All our products (except batteries and products containing batteries – 6 months) come with a full 24-month warranty. Any complaints should be sent to our address. After review, we will return the product to you within 14 days.
